137-room luxury hotel on the site of the former American Embassy in Grosvenor Square. We manufactured and installed 93 rooms including full panelling and wardrobes, plus wardrobes to a further 44 rooms.
The package comprised over 25,000 individual elements installed to zero-tolerance requirements, sequenced around a live fit-out programme with multiple trades working the same floors.
