Riverside Penthouse

Design-and-build refit of an 8,500 sq ft penthouse in a modern riverside building. Existing finishes were stripped including floors, stairs and bathrooms.

New floor construction incorporated underfloor heating with a marble finish across one continuous open area of 4,000 sq ft. New kitchen by Tsunami and bespoke joinery throughout. All soft furnishings and furniture were selected for the client — some pieces craned in to the ninth floor as they could not come up the stairs.
