Total refurbishment of a substantial lateral conversion mixing modern and period features. Full strip-out and reinstatement of the original room layouts, with period ceilings reproduced to match the originals — six weeks of painstaking work by the specialist subcontractor.

The master bathroom’s four-metre walls were clad in marble, with glass used extensively in large format and Corian panels to all bathrooms and the kitchen. Underfloor heating, digital lighting and air conditioning throughout.
