Extensive structural works to open the interior and create flow between floors. Resin stone throughout including sweeping stairs, Dinesen 300mm Douglas fir to the ground floor and poured rubber below.

The original basement vaults were converted into a wellness suite. All internal joinery including the kitchen was made to bespoke design, with underfloor heating and a digital lighting system alongside the wider M&E installation.
