Major refurbishment of a listed 1970s building. Structural alterations extended the front and rear façades to increase floor area, with a new pavilion entrance hall and internal remodelling to provide office space.

Works included extensive asbestos remediation, a full roof overhaul, replacement of all glazing and new curtain walling to the extended sections, with restoration to the ceremonial floors and the penthouse apartment.
